February 21st ~ Whisky Creek Artisans host Orofino Chamber of Commerce "Business After Hours" from 5:00-7:00 p.m., Orofino

• To be held at their new location at 206 Johnson Ave (Just two doors down from Augie’s).
• They will be celebrating the move and creating a great climate for business networking and relationship building for our Orofino Businesses!

• The Pierce/Weippe ATV Trail Riders are gearing up for the June Annual Fun Run, scheduled for Saturday - June 1, 2013. Sign up is only $10.00 and the event features over 30+ miles of great trails, FREE BBQ, awards, and more! For information, please call 208-464-2379. Come join the fun!

June 8th ~ Annual Deer Creek Reservoir Fishing Tournament from 6:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m., Deer Creek Reservoir, North of Pierce on Highway 11

• 1st Prize: $400; 2nd Prize: $200; 3rd Prize: $100 based on 6 fish aggregate weigh. Plus custom fishing rod and reel for biggest overall fish.
• Idaho Free Fishing Day - No fishing license required
• Fishing from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Final weigh-in at 2:30 p.m.
• Registration: $20 for 13 years and older & $10 for 12 years and under
